Adult Study Program

SOCMI Adult Amateur Chamber Music Programme  (TBD)
Adult chamber music enthusiasts (primarily string players) have the opportunity to meet and play with like-minded people at SOCMI.   The campus is surprisingly attractive, rich in facilities, and situated right on the Great Lake Ontario.  It is located five minutes from the beautiful downtown of Oakville, Ontario, with its many regarded restaurants and shops and a commuter train to downtown Toronto.  Players may come in pre-formed groups with repertoire in mind.  They may also apply solo with nothing in mind and let faculty set them up with music and suitable associates. Participants may be involved in ensemble coaching sessions, individual lessons, masterclasses, chamber orchestra, composition lessons, public concerts, "swinging singles" ad hoc chamber music with opportunities to experience a variety of local restaurants to finish the day.

Early Registrants:  (TBD)
Deadline: (TBD)
